Rochester Area Rug Hookers

Our chapter represents all of Minnesota as well as western Wisconsin.  We hold 2 retreats per year at Assisi Heights Spirituality Center in Rochester, MN.  Our Spring Retreat is usually in early March, and Fall Retreat is usually in early November.  We also hold hooking days at the Christ United Methodist Church, 400 SW 5th Ave, Rochester, MN 55902.  This group meets the second and fourth Fridays of the month. Chapter History:

The Rochester, Minnesota rug hooking group had been meeting for several decades before becoming an ATHA Chapter in 2009.  The founding members set the precedent for a welcoming friendly group.  Learning from each other as well as national teachers has been a priority.  Our group has three rug hooking vendors/teachers, one spinner with hand-spun yarns, and one rug punch vendor/teacher.
